Terrible organization, and i think they should implement a limit of visitors per day, because otherwise its really hard to have a good time. Plus since its so incredibly crowded there were at least 3 rides where we waited for about an hour to go on. Since we got to the park and got this weird situation fixed we lost an hour. And do you think she showed us to the chairs? Obviously not. Then the girl told us that someone should have showed us where there were free chairs, and we explained that NO ONE did that for us and always sent us to the next person which is obviously frustrating, so unless she was going to show us where there are free chairs, we want a refund. This is absolutely insane, its like no one there want to actually do their job and are just pushing the responsibility to the other person! We explained that we alterady did that and they told us to go to another shop. After getting to the shop they told us to go, they people there said that we should ask for the refund at the shop we bought the chairs! When we got to the shop that sold us the chairs, they said the they do not give refunds, and we should ask for it in another shop. After about 10 minutes of searching in the ridiculusly overcrowded park, we finally found an umbrella holder, left our things and went to ask for our refund of the chairs, since we couldn't find any. We gave up on the chair but kept the umbrella, but we still had to find an unsused umbrella holder to stick the umbrella into, because they didn't give us one and didnt show where there might be one. We finally got to the spot where they give away the umbrellas and thought maybe thats where they would show us to the chairs, but the guy said that the people who sold us the chairs were supposed to show us were the chairs are. Not even two minutes later we ran into a vigilante and he immediately told us "i dont know why they told you do come to me but i think there are no more chairs left and you should probably ask for a refund". We went there thinking there they would know better about the availability of the chairs and they sold us two chairs, but instead of telling us where the chairs are, they told us to show the receipt for the chairs to one of the people dresses in orange (the vigilantes) because they knew what to do. They couldn't say for sure, so they told us to go to another shop downstairs. We wanted to buy to chairs and an umbrella at the shop near the entrance and asked if there were still chairs available. They were selling chairs without even knowing if there were still chairs available. Overall, we were grateful for the experience, it gave us a much needed break from the 103 F heatwave and gave my 8 year old an activity to burn off her energy. They do have a small elevator, but it's for people who "need" it and request it. Choose wisely with where you setup because after 30 flights of stairs throughout the day I was done. We setup at the upper portion and after walking down 5 flights of stairs we found the rest of the park. There are 2 distinct portions of the park, an upper and lower. I grossly underestimated the size of the park and moreso, the terrain. And the lack of shade for those lines is pretty brutal, and you can't wear sunglasses on the rides. The hard part is that the lines are all scrambled, so its hard to figure out where to stand for which ride until you do it once. Depending on the ride, some fly by in a few minutes like the multi lane slides, but the single person rides took us about 30 min-1 hour. Like most amusement parks, there are long lines. I asked a mom who clearly knew what she was doing and she gave me a 2 minute run down on what to do and her sense of urgency to get myself situated asap wasn't lost on me cause it is all a first come first serve basis and umbrellas, lockers/locks and spots to lay down do run out.every nook and cranny gets filled up with people's setups. Directional signs are lacking as far as where to get umbrellas, locks, chairs, wave pool times. Bring your own small lock to use on the lockers, or rent one for 8 euros and you get 5 back on return of the lock (at upper portion of the park). Pre-purchase your tickets to make sure you get in and have a quicker line for entry into the park.
